FAQ
When do I join? Club Collar can be joined at any time. While previously Collar Club included for shipments with one collar in each — as of May 2023 there FOUR collars in ONE shipment!
Can I interchange sizes? I understand many of us have more than one dog or a growing puppy, substitution of Size works like this: you purchase the largest of the sizes you need. If you would like to change one or more collars to smaller sizes note that in the COMMENTS SECTION upon ordering. At the time of placing your order choose “For Him” “For Her” or a gender split.
Can I purchase additional collars in the current or previous fabrics? If you have purchased from the current BLACK LABEL Collection you are eligible to order extras of the same releases in any of the specific Collars if I still have that specific fabric in stock. E-mail rycole@hotmail.com to ask for a special order if you’d like to do so.
Can I get more than one collar in the same pattern/fabric? YES!! I am able to send you all the collars or a couple in the same pattern/fabric, but they will be a surprise. This has been very popular with people wanting matching collars for their crew. Note you’d like however many the same in the COMMENT BOX while ordering.
Do you have Gift Subscriptions? Of course! Input your information for the billing address and the lucky recipient’s information as the shipping address. Leave a note in the Comment Box at the end of your order and I will include a hand written gift card with your note in their first shipment. If you are ordering as a Christmas Gift I will add a Christmas card to letting them know who was so wonderful as to gift them the BLACK LABEL COLLECTION. All items can be shipped to a different address as a gift.
What if I don’t like the collar I receive? While this is highly unlikely, I am unable to offer refunds due to the huge discounts offered through Collar Club for upper premium collar fabrics and embellishments. If your collar incurred damage during shipping you can return the collar and I will replace it with the same collar. Club Collars are crafted from fabrics and ribbons that make my heart sing, I’m sure you will delight in these Couture Collection Collars. Cancellation is not available on Collar Club once your order has shipped. These collars are Premium Couture collections. I absolutely love them, you will too!
Can I see the fabrics before I purchase? Part of the excitement of joining is the anticipation and excitement of unboxing your Collection. Though you may see sneak peaks online if you are new to the Collar Club your big reveal will arrive at your doorstep. I will post images of previous Collar Club collars soon so you can get an idea of what they are like.
