All Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Quilted Hound Shipping + Handling is based on rates provided by Canada Post for Expedited Canadian shipping and Light Packet Parcel Air Service for International orders. If you order multiple items Internationally, a partial refund where available for Shipping & Handling Fees will be processed via PayPal for items ordered and shipped together. All Canadian Orders are a set Flat Fee. Delivery service is estimated by Canada Post according to the date your item(s) ship. PLEASE NOTE All Collars and Leg Protectors are custom cut and sewn for you by me (Renee) in the order they are received. Attention to detail and craftsmanship are a sure sign of a Quilted Hound creation. Estimated production time varies depending on volume of current orders received, plus shipping time. Tracking is available at an additional charge outside or Canada as set by Canada Post.

International purchasers from USA or OVERSEAS understand and accept that any duty, taxes or VAT charges if applied by your Country’s customs are at the Purchaser’s expense. PLEASE READ FULL TERMS + CONDITIONS linked in tool bar at top of site.

Return or exchange of merchandise is accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom Embroidered items and Scrunchies are not returnable.  Please ask if you are unsure about Sizing before placing your order.  The SIZING page is linked in the task bar. Product must be in the same new, clean, resalable condition you received it in with tags attached. Send returns in the original packaging or replaced equivalent packaging available from your Postal Service. Contact The Quilted Hound for return authorization before returning merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable, return and exchange shipping costs at buyer’s expense.  Please understand that during Covid-19  Canada Post shipping times may be slower than usual.
